The whole process from start to finish was brilliant. The marketing on my home was done professionally and the after sale progression was brilliant. Gina was amazing, always keeping me updated and in the loop with the progress. I would definitely recommend hern and Crabtree heath office to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you ????

We had a great sales service from Hearne and Crabtree. Our initial valuation with Mike was thorough and he took the time to get to know us and our requirements which was appreciated. We were also offered a competitive commission rate. The photos for our property were excellent and a buyer was found quickly. Gina's support throughout the sale process and navigating queries from the buyer was excellent and kept us sane during a stressful time! We would recommend selling with Hearne & Crabtree.

The Hern and Crabtree at the Caerphilly Road office are great, especially Amy. Easy to contact, extremely helpful. We have been extremely pleased with her and the extra help of recommendations. I would definitely recommend using their services.

Absolutely fantastic service! I can't recommend Hern and Crabtree enough. I recently used them to sell my property and the service I received was above and beyond that of other estate agents. They help in achieving the maximum sale price possible for my house. The photography was exceptional which certainly helped in maximising the interest and securing viewings. The service they provide doesn't end there, they attended all of the viewings, and there were a lot, and they really sold the property. The Sales Progression team assisted in getting the sale completion over the line. Hern and Crabtree are more than estate agent and supported us throughout the whole process and we can't thank the team enough.

So far the team at Hern and Crabtree have been excellent. Always ready to answer my questions and reassure me.
The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.
