Very disappointing experience with Hibbert Homes. We had a viewing booked for a property since the previous week and had arranged our schedule around this confirmed appointment. On the day of the viewing, it was suddenly cancelled and we were told the vendor had already accepted an offer. This was extremely frustrating because we had a confirmed booking well in advance and were genuinely interested in the property. If the intention was to accept an offer before scheduled viewings had taken place, a fair approach would have been to stop arranging further viewings or at least allow those who already had appointments booked the opportunity to view the property or submit an offer. Unfortunately, we were not given that chance. What made the situation worse was the way the matter was handled by staff. The interaction felt rude and dismissive, and the staff member came across as arrogant and argumentative rather than helpful. There was very little effort to show understanding or respect for the inconvenience caused. It also felt as though our interest in the property was not properly communicated or represented to the vendor, despite us having a viewing booked from the week before. Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. We expected a much higher standard of communication and customer service.... Read more
