Darcy and Harry have been excellent with their support and advice prior to putting our house on the market. Darcy valued our house at the value that we expected it to be and we agreed to listing this with Hinchliffe. The team worked fast to put the house on the market, with fantastic photos and in less than a week, Harry had the house sold. Couldn’t be happier, just waiting for the whole process to complete for all parties. We are buying through Hinchliffe too, so it’s a nice and simple process for everyone.

BUT Communication weak. No conversation or ideas to sell property. Lack of responses even when we said we were withdrawing property from market. Shame.
