Throughout the process, Suzanne, Jordan and the wider team made us feel that they were genuinely fair to both our interests and those of the sellers. The whole process was incredibly positive, collaborative and transparent, which was so refreshing to experience. They were always open, responsive and incredibly helpful, particularly when it came to our seemingly endless questions! They also went above and beyond during viewings, proactively taking notes and moving things around to reflect our requests for what we wanted removed from the property before completion. As just one example of how they went the extra mile, they arranged professional cleaning of the cooking range and even ordered missing parts, saving us the time and effort of having to do it ourselves.
