Ben, Harriet and Ellis all proved themselves to be friendly, helpful, efficient and available during the sale of my property.
Having never sold a house before, I have no comparative experience, but I would certainly retain their services again if I were to need an estate agent to act on my behalf, especially due to the ‘personal touches’ - they never made me feel like I was ‘just another sale’ , and checked in regularly with genuine care about my sale and any requests or questions I had along the way.
My enduring thanks to them.

We had such a great experience with Hockey and especially with Dawn. It has been a very stressful process, and we probably called her far too many times and stressed her out a lot, but she always handled everything so calmly and professionally. She managed everything amazingly and kept things moving so we could complete as quickly as possible, chasing and calling solicitors. She truly went above and beyond with everything. We’re so grateful for all her hard work and support — couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks so so much!

Initially Hockeys were helpful and seemed confident of a sale. Sadly, there were few viewings arranged. They weren't particularly helpful in trying to encourage a sale, other than trying to get us to lower the asking price, which we did once. We were advised not to finish the last couple bits of renovation, which turns out was a costly mistake.

A very professional and friendly team. Communication was excellent, however what made Hockeys Wisbech really stand out was the video, photos and description of our property which was first class. Would highly recommend.
