Sold via the Redfield branch, Simon Jess and Lois were helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was on point whenever I had any questions or concerns these were explained answered and I was never lefted out struggling not knowing what the next step was.
I would highly recommend these guys as they are highly professional but also very personal and during such an emotional move as I haven't moved in 38 years I found them very caring and understanding.

An absolute disgrace. I lost thousands because of their vile incompetence. They did not care that they caused me to lose thousands. The worst company in human history. Avoid like the plague.
I am sure they will reply with some fake sincerity which means less than nothing. The reality is they are grossly incompetent and you will lose a huge amount of money if you use them. Avoid like the plague.

I would recommend Holbrook Moran at Redfield. From start to finish, their communication was great; we were always kept informed, and they were very responsive. We were very pleased with the service we received.

We had a really positive experience of selling and buying through Holbrook Moran. Good communication throughout the process, reasonably priced, every team member was friendly, responsive and professional. Overall experience was more personalised and less 'corporate'. Thanks so much for helping to make the whole process as easy and smooth as possible. Highly recommend!

They didn't do what they told me they would. I was given the impression my house would sell quickly. I didn't really get feedback unless I asked. I was told one person would do viewings and that didn't happen either. One of the people in the office was quite rude to me.
