I chose Holbrook Moran because they had a good deal of knowledge about the area with some recent sales in my locality. The valuation was fair and a buyer was promptly found. The negotiations were handled fairly getting the right balance between the buyer and myself. All swift and no drama. Great experience.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Holbrook Moran, and the consistent politeness and professionalism. Bradley went out of his way to help me with my property search, and really stood out from other agents. Would definitely recommend.

Sold via the Redfield branch, Simon Jess and Lois were helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was on point whenever I had any questions or concerns these were explained answered and I was never lefted out struggling not knowing what the next step was.
I would highly recommend these guys as they are highly professional but also very personal and during such an emotional move as I haven't moved in 38 years I found them very caring and understanding.

An absolute disgrace. I lost thousands because of their vile incompetence. They did not care that they caused me to lose thousands. The worst company in human history. Avoid like the plague.
I am sure they will reply with some fake sincerity which means less than nothing. The reality is they are grossly incompetent and you will lose a huge amount of money if you use them. Avoid like the plague.

They didn't do what they told me they would. I was given the impression my house would sell quickly. I didn't really get feedback unless I asked. I was told one person would do viewings and that didn't happen either. One of the people in the office was quite rude to me.
