It’s rare to say this about estate agents, but they were genuinely outstanding throughout the entire process. Jess & Bradley and the wider HM team have been fantastic managing our house sale. We instructed Jess following a number of phone calls (we didn’t even need to meet her to know she was the right agent for us!) - her warmth, and genuine care about us, our house and our sellers was what sold HM to us. The team were always available to support with queries/questions, we didn’t ever need to check in or chase as they gave us regular updates.
