Toby and Jamie were keen, courteous and very helpful throughout the process of purchasing our new home on the island. A good experience!<br><br>My only slightly negative comment would be that we were obliged to pay £96 for anti money laundering (AML) checks with “Lifetime Legal” which entails taking out a subscription with them in return for the offer of legal services of somewhat doubtful value.

We had tremendous service from the team at Hose Rhodes Dickson Newport handling our sale. Louise, Katie and Maisie were absolutely brilliant – polite, friendly and so on the ball. We were kept up to date with the process from start to finish, with someone always available to deal with queries. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Hose Rhodes Dickson while securing a rental property on the Isle of Wight. The team was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout the whole process.<br><br>I especially appreciated how accommodating they were on the day I arrived. As I was travelling over by ferry, they kindly stayed later than usual to wait for me and make sure I was able to collect the keys and enter the property that day. That extra effort really meant a lot and made my move to the Isle of Wight much less stressful.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Hose Rhodes Dickson to anyone looking to rent a property on the Isle of Wight. Thank you for going the extra mile!
