All the team at howards were brilliant I have no hesitation in recommending them from jarrods valuation he was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic ,to the rest of the team who were all very friendly and professional and the communication was outstanding every step of the way.

I had a great experience with Amy . From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The whole letting process was smooth and efficient — she kept me well-informed at every stage and were quick to answer any questions I had.
What really stood out was her attention to detail and friendly approach, which made the whole experience much less stressful than I expected.
I’d definitely recommend Amy to anyone looking to rent or let a property. Thank you for making the process so straightforward and stress-free!

Howard’s decided to market themselves at a premium suggesting their service was superior to all other local agents. Their sales (and retention) strategy seems to be ad hominem attacks on other agents. The service delivered was anything but premium. Poor communication, lack of interest, a lot of arrogance. Would not recommend.
