Since signing up with Howard’s I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cara.
Cara came to my home was nothing but respectful, honest, it felt like a friend has come to see me, but was completely respectful and it was clear she knew her market and viewers to reach and how to market my unique property.
Cara is professional, kind , honest and does what she says she does, a rare gem for an estate
Agency.
She has manage to get many viewings and her response time is excellent, she also listens to the customer and is holistic in the sale.
You do not feel like you are just a number! I hope she sells my property( don’t tell the other agent) ….. I said that though.
I wouldn’t hesitate in using Cara’s to any potential sellers looking for a standout agent.

Katie Zawadzki is by far the best property manager. She handles any issues that arises in my flat prompt manner and she always makes a follow up call to check that the contractor has done the job. It is very rare to find an agent who is proactive, responsive, professional and just a pleasure to deal with when problems occur.

Jayden Hazel met me at the property for a viewing
He was exactly and punctual on time he introduced himself he was very knowledgeable about the property and answered all my questions on my enquiries regarding the property as he showed me around during the viewing
Jayden came across as a person who is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable to carry out his duties and he also answered my enquiries the following day after my viewing

I found Kayleigh polite and very helpful .she is a person if you have an enquiry or a problem she does her best to solve it very quickly and nothing is to much trouble and she always goes that extra mile
