I rented a 2nd floor flat through Howkins & Harrison for over two years with my family, and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Throughout our tenancy, the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive with everything we needed. We are only moving out because we needed a larger space for our growing family, but we are genuinely sad to leave. Angela Edgington of Howkins & Harrison arrived on time and carried out a tour of the house in order to provide me with an approximate value. She was polite and efficient. I shall certainly recommend in my will that Howkins & Harrison be asked to handle the sale on behalf of my executors.
