Dealt with Lottie and Gareth and was constantly given different stories about the same property — first a family member buying, then someone else, then the neighbours, then suddenly it was sold. Very misleading and lacking transparency. Would not recommend.

What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000
Are they that desperate..
And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds
