Have been on the market for a year with hardly any interest. Jacksons relaunched this weekend and we had a viewer the next day who offered us the full asking price.
Strange times.

Jackson Property (Hereford) have been excellent and the whole team have kept me informed throughout the process. They’ve worked actively to answer questions, chase other parties when necessary and make sure everyone in the chain is supported and happy. I can’t thank them enough - my house was sold in two days and two viewings. Moving day is this week…!

Jacksons were brilliant at pre-marketing communication, very helpful, organisation was great and the photos were excellent. The feedback portal is very good and the agent accompanying the viewings was wonderful, however, as soon as the property was listed the promised monthly communications and regular feedback didn't happen, some viewings we didn't get feedback on, calls went to VM and we didn't feel Jacksons were pro-actively trying to sell our house so we took it off the market with them.

Alex Sidman of Jacksons is a no fuss no frills kinda fella. I put in an offer at the asking price and he was straight on to the Vendors and back to me promptly with an acceptance. He monitored progress but was not pushy and applied leverage when it was needed.
The property particulars including the video gave a real time expectation for the buyer.
All in all a refreshingly mature and measured approach to what after all should only be a procedure but more often than can fall into either into a drama or a non-event. But however, not this one!
My first experience of Jacksons but it may not be my last.
