Rob was very friendly and quick with responses during the process of booking viewings, whether this was through emails or over the phone, making it an easy and stress free process for us.
Blake was very friendly and professional during the viewings. He made us feel comfortable when showing us multiple properties, telling us useful information about each but also giving us advice and guidance through the process, which helps a lot when you’re a first time buyer.

We were so impressed by the professionalism, competency and emotional intelligence demonstrated by Blake when viewing properties with JamesDean, that we switched estate agents to JD for the sale of our property. This turned out to be an epic decision because Blake sold our house on the first weekend (previously on with two EAs for a few months). Agreeing the simultaneous sale and purchase is just the start of the race however. I must give a huge shout out to Sam, who was instrumental in progressing our sale through a chain with an incredibly difficult bottom link. Rob runs a great shop at JD and when things got super stressful, was always there to talk and bring calmness. I would (and have already) recommend JD.

We are very happy with the support we’ve received from Blake as well with Jack, from viewing time, during the process (referencing) until contract signing and moving into the property. They have been extremely attentive and responsive to all of our concerns, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Communication has been clear and reassuring throughout, which made settling into the house much easier. We really appreciate their dedication and excellent service.
We are extremely grateful for the outstanding support Blake has provided since we moved into the property. He is very hands-on and genuinely attentive to our concerns. When new white goods were delivered and the delivery team did not install or set them up, Blake went above and beyond expectations. Even though he was off duty, he took the time to come in and personally fix and set everything up for us.
His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference and really showed how much he cares about his tenants. We couldn’t have asked for better service and highly recommend him.

The folks over at James Dean are friendly and professional. They know their market inside out, gave me a good valuation, arranged several viewings and we had an offer close to the asking price in only 3 weeks. Happy to recommend this company! (N.B. We have not yet completed as the Brecon property market has been very busy with longer waits than usual for surveyors and solicitors.)
