Initial process was great, called them up and made a booking the following day in Cardiff. When I arrived I was shown around by Adam, who highlighted the key features in the property and explained the application process if we wanted to proceed. He happily answered any questions I had about the area and even made further recomendations about other properties close by incase it wasn't the one. Later the same day he instantly responded to my email and explained what to do next, which really helped me feel less stressed about completing the application.
