We worked with Paul Davies initially to discuss marketing our bungalow. He was friendly, professional and helpful and we quickly agreed the right price to market our property. We sold within a month of the bungalow being advertised thanks to the efforts of Paul and his colleague Jeff Hopkins. The whole experience qas just a little underwhelming. From assuring is a their accurate valuation, in no time at all we were being asked to drop the asking price. And with viewings lined up, expected to accept the first decent offer.

We have just rented our house through the Pontcanna office and the service was fantastic from Gemma and Gwyn. We were really pleased with the rent achieved and we would highly recommend them.

Landlady review - from the very beginning, Gwyn and Sheida have been a delight. They have swiftly and professionally dealt with all my questions and have made the process entirely straight forward for me. I’ve especially been happy with them being able to engage multiple different tradespeople and managing those processes from beginning to end with great results.

Unfortunately, for us Jeffrey Ross have not lived up to their reputation and the service which we expected. Whilst the staff have been friendly and overall communication has been pretty good, initially it was very difficult to make contact. Whilst we have been able to get an offer accepted on the house, there was very little interest/viewings which we think may have been due to the zero other promotion of our house other than listing it on their website and the usual right move etc, and even then the house description was incredibly limited and poor, and weeks later we are still waiting for a sign.

Made a stressful experience much easier. Nothing was too much trouble when contacting office and Sarah Francis kept me informed at all times, more than solicitors did ! Would also like to mention Lewis Manners and Sarah Bunting for their professionalism and always returning my numerous phone calls.
