After looking into the property market I cannot recommend Luke Tresize and Jeffrey Ross enough.
Having dealt with a few agents while looking for property he has been nothing short of fantastic! His levels of communication are exceptional and has an approach which is totally client focussed, prioritising your best intentions and requirements.

The agent Amanda who valued my property was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear, she told me what would maximise my chances of selling at a good price. I followed all her advice and sold at a better price than I’d dreamed of.

The man who showed me wife and I around a property on Shears Road was uninterested and rude. He dismissive of basic questions regarding the property, evading them by stating that it wasn't his job to know.
This put us off the property immediatetly.

Had a challenging experience initially due to some misunderstandings and misalignment (which is the reason for the missing star!), but after Luke got involved he did a wonderful job at restoring my confidence and demonstrated the best Jeffrey Ross could offer. I’m grateful for his expertise and excellent communication, and highly recommend working with him.

Gemma was absolutely amazing! She showed us around a property and was super welcoming and lovely! She helped answer questions that we had and helped us through the process! We are now living in this amazing place all thanks to Gemma!

We worked with Paul Davies initially to discuss marketing our bungalow. He was friendly, professional and helpful and we quickly agreed the right price to market our property. We sold within a month of the bungalow being advertised thanks to the efforts of Paul and his colleague Jeff Hopkins. Had a very positive experience using Brinsons to let my property.
Megan Cannon and Abigail Bright kept me well informed and answered all my questions of which there were many being a 1st time landlord.

Made a stressful experience much easier. Nothing was too much trouble when contacting office and Sarah Francis kept me informed at all times, more than solicitors did ! Would also like to mention Lewis Manners and Sarah Bunting for their professionalism and always returning my numerous phone calls.
