Hanan from JLL is a superstar. She was absolutely lovely to work with from start to finish. She had fantastic communication, was on time, showed the flat with patience and made sure next steps were clear. She also recently helped me escalate an issue we've been having with my current property manager from the china desk (this is not even her area but she was happy to provide support where she could). JLL really can't ask for a better team member!

I have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon was outstanding, especially during this COVID period.
A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by the how he has handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage.
