We had an excellent experience with Xav Hastings and Johanna Chamiola Phillips throughout our move to London.<br><br>From our very first interaction, they were incredibly responsive, professional and supportive. Moving internationally can be stressful, but they made the entire rental process smooth and straightforward. I had a brilliant experience renting my apartment through JLL. Siobhan was fantastic from the start — she arranged a viewing at short notice, was easy to talk to, and took the time to clearly walk me through the apartment and explain all the next steps. Her responsiveness and professionalism made the whole process feel effortless from the very beginning.<br><br>Joanna then took over seamlessly, handling all the paperwork, payment confirmations and everything required right up until I moved in. She was attentive, efficient, and always on hand whenever I had a question, which made the final steps smooth and organised.<br><br>Really grateful to both Siobhan and Joanna for all their work and support throughout. Couldn’t be happier with the service

I have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon was outstanding, especially during this COVID period.
A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by the how he has handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage.
