I highly recommend Jones Robinson if you are thinking of selling your home in Wantage, with a particular call out for Raffaele Ulmini. We met Raff back in late January when we were considering listing 2 properties. We were so impressed by Raff's research and approach to tackling the challenge of selling two properties next door to each other, that we didn't even consider getting alternative agent valuations. And we were right to trust in Raff, he priced our houses fairly but sensibly for the market at the time, and we were very pleased to accept an asking price offer within a week of listing, swiftly followed by the other house selling 2 works later. Both our houses sold incredibly fast, which meant we were able to secure our dream house which we exchanged on yesterday! Massive thanks to Raff, highly recommend!<br><br>I also wanted to especially thanks Holly Woods who supported us through the stressful period between accepting offer and exchange. Holly was so patient and diligent in chasing the chains for updates to keep things moving, we were so appreciative of her efforts! and thanks also to Dawn Pannell who had to step in to cover Holly on leave and got us over the line to exchange. Such a great team!!

I have had a very positive experience with Jones Robinson during my house search so far, particularly working with Calum Sykes and Seb Walcott.<br><br>Calum Sykes has been excellent during viewings always punctual, professional, and very welcoming. He takes the time to understand requirements and provides helpful insights without any pressure, which makes the whole process much more comfortable.<br><br>Seb Walcott has been equally impressive with the back-office coordination, sharing suitable property options promptly and ensuring smooth communication throughout. His responsiveness and organization have really stood out.<br><br>Although I haven’t finalized a property yet, the service and support I have received so far have been outstanding. What makes Jones Robinson different? We feel they really understood the market and spared no effort in their advertising. However it is the communication that is excellent. Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

My sale was complicated ( selling leasehold as freehold) so it was lengthy and in-depth but with the perseverance and dedication of Deborah, Michael and Toby from the Marlborough office we finally got there! I would highly recommend this company.
