From start to finish the team at the Plympton office were excellent in handling the sale of my mother's retirement flat. They kept me updated throughout, and were proactive in marketing and handling the sale. I highly recommend them.

We recently used Julian Marks for a property purchase (and sale), despite having a horrific time with legals further down the chain Ellie and Alice (Plympton team) were incredible.
From the viewing right through to completion their communication, thorough paperwork, and the chasing of other agents were second to none - all with a clear determination from them both to get the process moving and to complete within a reasonable timeline.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending Julian Marks, they’ll also be at the front of the queue if we ever decide to move on again.
It’s an easy 5 stars from us!!

The Fee was higher than shown on the Get Agent website as they have a minimum charge, which the website failed to display. The gents service was very efficient and I would recommend them
