Exceptional people who made a difficult process so much easier ??????????<br><br>I originally wanted to leave this review for Gemma Dolley, but as my sale progressed, I felt I simply couldn’t leave Carolina out. They have helped me in different ways, and both deserve recognition for the difference they have made throughout this process.<br>Gemma Dolley<br><br>Working with Gemma has been one of the most unexpectedly comforting and genuinely heart-lifting experiences I’ve had in the property world. I never imagined an estate agent could make such a difference, but Gemma truly does.<br>From our very first conversations, her warmth, kindness and sincerity stood out in a way that is incredibly rare. She didn’t just guide me through a stressful process; she made it feel manageable, clearer and, at times, even hopeful.<br>She has this wonderful way of making you feel seen, heard and supported. Never rushed, never judged and never treated like just another number, but like a real person going through a significant life change.<br>Gemma is endlessly patient, incredibly responsive and consistently goes above and beyond. She explains things gently, reassures you when you’re overwhelmed, offers honest guidance and always makes you feel that your needs genuinely matter.<br>What touched me most was her genuine care. She doesn’t just sell houses; she helps people. I will always be grateful for the humanity she brought to this experience. She really is a rare gem. ??????<br><br>Carolina<br>As the sale progressed, Carolina became another person I felt incredibly fortunate to have involved.<br>She has been absolutely exceptional. She regularly called me with updates, contacted the other parties herself, followed things up and made sure I knew what was happening rather than leaving me wondering. She also gave me practical advice about things I could arrange in advance, which helped enormously when everything became stressful and uncertain.<br>What meant the most was feeling that she was genuinely involved and genuinely wanted to help. I never felt that she was simply passing information from one person to another. She listened, understood the situation and actively tried to move things forward.<br>There were times when simply receiving a call from Carolina and knowing that somebody was actually looking into things made the whole situation feel much more manageable.<br>She combines professionalism and efficiency with genuine kindness and human understanding, and that is something you don’t forget.<br><br>I’m incredibly grateful to both Gemma and Carolina. They have each gone above and beyond in their own way and have made what could have been a very stressful and lonely process considerably easier.<br><br>They are both an absolute credit to Julian Marks, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.<br><br>Thank you both, genuinely, for everything you have done for me. Fantastic estate agents, we were given a fair quote for the property, we were kept in touch with everything, often estate agents had to chase our solicitors on our behave, all done efficiently and very professional. Costs were reasonable and we would recommend people use this lovely firm.

We were in a very long and difficult chain for some months and had various issues along the way. However, the team kept us informed of progress and were actively chasing news from the chain which made things a little more tolerable for us. We were very pleased and would definitely consider using Julian Marks in any future sale.

The Fee was higher than shown on the Get Agent website as they have a minimum charge, which the website failed to display. The gents service was very efficient and I would recommend them
