As a first-time landlord, I was wanting the process of letting my property to be as smooth as possible, Amy, Scarlet and the team at Julian Wadden made it seamless. They conducted thorough vetting and found reliable tenants within seven days of the property going live. Their communication is prompt, and I never had to chase for updates they were always very polite and helpful.
The presentation they provided for the property and guidance as what changes to make to improve viewing figures was very helpful.
I decided to use Julian Wadden to fully manage the property as their fees were good in comparison to other local letting agents, they never pressured me into taking any additional services that they provided and left it totally up to me to decide what product to sign up for but still gave me sound advice.

I knew I had found a good agent as soon as I went through the door. I was warmly welcomed by customer friendly staff with professional knowledge. The communication and support I have received and continue to receive is very impressive so I do not feel I am alone as I go through this process.
The photographs of my property were taken by a professional so online presentation is excellent.
My experience is one of feeling valued as a customer.

Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.
