I had a great experience selling my home with Julian Wadden and would heartily recommend. They really knew the market and I could see great care taken in the communication with potential buyers. On my side, I could not rate Georgina at JW highly enough - she was on top of the whole process and offered great advice and support throughout, especially when things got a bit tense around timelines towards the end. Georgina has been exceptional throughout the entire sale of my property. Even when the process was slowed down by unavoidable third?party delays, she went out of her way time and time again to keep things moving. She was constantly on the ball, chasing updates, pushing things forward and keeping me fully reassured. She genuinely went above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

2.5 year tenant experience from hell. Attrition of lettings property management staff is high and so there is no consistency in communicating issues. From day one of moving into a property in 4 heatons; the experience has been awful.<br><br>The property requires extensive improvements that were never considered before we moved in. It took 4 months to get clean running hot water. It took 18 months to get severely mould infested windows to be replaced by which time my health is affected. The basement/cellar has rising damp.<br><br>The condition of the property when we moved in was so abysmal, I escalated a stage 2 complaint.<br><br>Nothing was prepared for when we moved in. We spent money repainting, offloading furniture from the previous tenant and cleaning mould and even blood off fixtures. The landlord didn’t once offer but is now expecting us to repaint the living “back white” when it was never white to begin with and absolutely no consideration of renovation was made before we moved in. I’d be mindful of renting this property and very mindful of JW managing it and makes sense as to why no tenant stays here longer than 2 years.

Julian was genuinely passionate about the property and clearly cared about achieving the best possible result.<br>Both Julian and Georgina have been attentive, professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I knew I had found a good agent as soon as I went through the door. I was warmly welcomed by customer friendly staff with professional knowledge. The communication and support I have received and continue to receive is very impressive so I do not feel I am alone as I go through this process.
The photographs of my property were taken by a professional so online presentation is excellent.

Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.
