In a class of their own. I have dealt with lots of estate agents over the years and I have never come across an outfit so organised, friendly and efficient. We sold our flat through them and from the 1st interaction it was a different experience. They provided helpful information every step of the way, they returned phonecalls and they stayed involved right up to the end of the process. They did what they said would do at the start, all the way through and took the stress out the process. Lewis and Bryony and Tabby were all brilliant. It made me wonder why others don't do the same thing ??????

I can't recommend Lewis and Simon at Keating Estates highly enough.<br><br>I'd previously listed my flat in Tulse Hill with another well-known London estate agent, unsuccessfully. Their communication was superficial and reactive, and I never really felt I knew what was happening with my sale.<br><br>I found Keatings after an AI search showed they had the best customer reviews and a strong track record selling properties in the Brixton and Tulse Hill area — and the difference was night and day. It's felt like a genuine partnership from the start: honest, constructive feedback on pricing, weekly updates on viewings, helpful recommendations for cleaning vendors, and they even went above and beyond by going round to take photos of the gas and electric meter readings for me.<br><br>Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, which is exactly why I'd recommend Lewis and Simon. You can trust them, they communicate brilliantly, and they got my property sold.

I couldn't recommend Keating's enough as a first time buyer, massive thank you to Jade and Tabby for all the help during my purchase! They really went the extra mile and were always on hand for any query during the complex process.

Had a lovely experience with Feyda Nedjat who was kind and very knowledgeable. Although we didn't purchase through Keating Estates, Feyda was a massive help in understanding my priorities and preferences. It was a pleasure to do viewings with her!

Tabby my estate agent has been our search light and compass into getting to know a neighborhood we knew little of. She has been the best estate agent I have ever met, and believe me I have met hundreds along our many years of searching on two different occasions.<br><br>I would recommend her to anyone because she is your alley and doesn’t ask annoying questions like<br>many estate agents do, she doesn’t get in your way of viewing the property she is matter of fact very respectful, dynamic and fun!! We had some good laughs and I know when I work with her again in the future she’ll have my back. Thank you !!!!

Tabby is such a kind, helpful and honest estate agent! We have really enjoyed viewing properties with her. While we ended up finding a property with another agency, we would hugely recommend working with Keating Estates and will consider them again in the future

Unfortunately Keatings were so unsatisfactory. Our first clue should have been the fact that they lied about what furniture would actually be in the flat, which we didn't find out about until we had our offer accepted. Even then, they still wouldn't put the promised furniture in, but gave an insulting "financial contribution" which still left us with a heavy price to pay.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy they turned aggressively accusatory, claiming we had not returned our keys, when it turns out they just hadn't checked their own post box or actually spoken to other members of their own team to confirm we had in fact returned them.<br><br>Then, as a final kicker, our deposit return was delayed and when questioned on this they became combative and passive aggressive.<br><br>Steer clear.

GetAgent recommended Keatings, which we may not have thought of. They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.
