We had an excellent experience working with Tabby and Christiaan to purchase a flat — they were both highly communicative, responsive, and proactive. It ended up being a challenging transaction (for reasons beyond their control) and they did a great job of following up issues and pushing for the sale to complete in a timely manner. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We recently purchased our first home through Keating Estates Clapham and had a great experience throughout.<br><br>A special thank you to Simon, who was fantastic during the early stages of our search, viewings and offer, and to Kayleigh, who was absolutely brilliant in the final stages of the transaction. Kayleigh went above and beyond to keep everything moving, coordinate between all parties and help get the purchase over the line.<br><br>Both were professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I was very happy with my experience with Keatings. Simon was able to secure us a high number of viewings, leading to an offer in less than 8 weeks. He was also able to keep our buyers committed when our initial onward purchase fell through. At the same time, Christiaan ensured a smooth sale process and seamless communication with our buyers.

Keating’s helped us both sell our home and, by chance, buy our next one too, and we had a really positive experience throughout.<br><br>We had several estate agents come and value our property, but Tom stood out because he was honest and realistic about the value and the local market, rather than simply telling us what we wanted to hear. We decided to go with Keating’s and received a great offer within a few weeks.<br><br>We also ended up purchasing our next property through them. Tabby was our main point of contact and was always very helpful and quick to respond. Lewis was also a great help whenever we needed him.<br><br>Overall, we found the whole team knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to deal with. GetAgent recommended Keatings, which we may not have thought of. They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.
