Kent’s were friendly, helpful and professional. They communicated well and overall were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!

We had a fairly good experience with Kent’s but unfortunately didn’t manage to sell through them so have decided to try with another agent, this is new reflection on Kent’s as an estate agent, just feel we need to try something different. They was a pleasure to deal with and all the staff from various branches was professional at all times.

Great service from Kent. Harry was thr agent who helped us and cannot fault the customer service. He was professional and friendly and it was a pleasure viewing houses with him.

This was a very nervous time for me as I was widowed and decided it was time to downsize and start a new chapter. Hannah was absolutely amazing. Very supportive & constantly kept me informed on the process of my move. I’m definitely using them again when it comes to finding property for a family member.

Harry Brundle at whitstable branch went above and beyond to help us find our forever home, regularly keeping in touch and keeping us updated with the latest properties. His friendly personality made him easy to communicate with. Although we eventually found our property elsewhere we wish him all the best in his role at Kent estate agents.
