Simona was punctual and straight away made me feel very at ease with a friendly smile. She has excellent communication skills and as we made our way through the property she told/showed me everything relevant so I didn't need to ask any questions. She also had a very personal approach to help me envision what it would be like using the rooms in different ways. I'm new to renting and Simona made this a very easy and pleasant experience. Not happy with them at all we received a section 21 with 2 months notice only with no warning at all it was being sent atrocious
