I felt compelled to leave a review for Lulu because the level of service she has provided throughout my home-buying journey has been nothing short of outstanding.<br><br>As a first-time buyer making a big move to Brighton, I was understandably nervous and very particular about what I was looking for. Lulu has been an absolute godsend from start to finish. She took the time to really listen to my needs and preferences and was incredibly patient throughout the process, despite me being quite fussy at times!<br><br>What impressed me most was that I never felt like she was simply trying to fill viewing slots or send me any available property. Every home she suggested felt carefully considered and genuinely aligned with what I was looking for. It was clear that she had taken the time to understand exactly what would suit me and she worked tirelessly to help me find it.<br><br>Although I ultimately found a property through another estate agent, I still wanted to make sure Lulu received the recognition she deserves. Her professionalism, dedication, knowledge, and genuine care made a potentially overwhelming experience so much easier to navigate. The whole team in the Steyning branch were so friendly and professional.<br>They dealt with my sale competently and fast. I put all faith in to them and they delivered.<br>Special mention to Madi who was assigned to us selling a parkhome.<br>She was on the ball and knew exactly the process to get it over the line.

WOW WOW WOW...what more can I say. All of the team at K&C have been BRILLIANT. From their persistance to find me a tenant quickly to their communication has been relentless. I've even had contracts driven round to my home to sign! I could not have asked for more. Keep doing what you do!!!

Our time with the King and Chasemore in Bognor Regis was been so great, especially Harry one of the most hard working man I know, his patience and dedication to making our house buying so good. He’s always at the end of the phone if we needed information or help, such a polite and genuine person, can’t recommend him and the other staff enough for he’s helped us through out the process to our new home

I would highly recommend Amelia at King and Chasemore for Lettings. She recommended a property to us that was perfect, just what we had been looking for! She was knowledgeable at the veiwing & went above & belonged to get us a suitable move in date with our tight time scale. As well as being helpful & friendly and always replying promply to my emails, she would be the first person I would go to should I need her services in the future.
