We recently sold our flat in Kemptown, Brighton through Knight and Knoxley, working closely with Nat and Tom. They were exceptional throughout — keeping both sides well informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were instrumental in negotiating with the buyers and ultimately sealing the deal. They were also very personable, taking a genuine interest in us and in the building itself, including how we had designed and redeveloped it — which proved essential in helping them communicate its story to potential buyers. We would highly recommend them.

We used Knight & Knoxley for the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home. They were all incredible throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the move as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!

Honestly the best experience I've ever had with estate agents. Ayrton was particularly helpful, as first time buyers we had all our questions answered and really felt supported throughout the whole process. Because of him we got the flat of our dreams, very grateful and would highly recommend this agency.
