Quite simply brilliant! Fantastic all round service on selling our house. I’ve bought and sold quite a few properties and always dread the ‘vetting’ stage, where the usual process is to be given a load of corporate ’babble’ followed by vastly over inflated valuation with the aim of securing your business. Refreshingly none of this happened when Tom came to visit. He gave a an honest appraisal of the house and current market conditions and suggested some innovative marketing strategies which differentiated knight and Knoxley from other agents. Initially I was fearing that the not being tied into any time based contract was some sort of ‘estate agent Jedi mind trick’, far from it…..it was true and again differentiated them from the competition. Following instruction, they more or less immediately secured an above asking price offer and then, Nat followed through with the sale. He brilliantly dealt with the inevitable ‘bumps’ along the way, providing sound guidance leading to the completion of the sale allowing our family to move on with the next chapter of our lives. I will be ever grateful to Tom and Nat for all their assistance and just generally being decent blokes. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Amy was so great. We had a proper time sensitive stress on our hands with a baby on the way and she made us feel reassured and took a lot of the moving anxieties away. She was great with communication, so for all of that we thank her!

We recently sold our flat in Kemptown, Brighton through Knight and Knoxley, working closely with Nat and Tom. They were exceptional throughout — keeping both sides well informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were instrumental in negotiating with the buyers and ultimately sealing the deal. They were also very personable, taking a genuine interest in us and in the building itself, including how we had designed and redeveloped it — which proved essential in helping them communicate its story to potential buyers. We would highly recommend them.

We used Knight & Knoxley for the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home. They were all incredible throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the move as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!

Honestly the best experience I've ever had with estate agents. Ayrton was particularly helpful, as first time buyers we had all our questions answered and really felt supported throughout the whole process. Because of him we got the flat of our dreams, very grateful and would highly recommend this agency.
