This was a smooth but nervous experience as a first time buyer.
The team was incredibly supportive with the purchase, they pushed to ensure we got the move sorted as early as possible. They were super helpful and lovely to talk to, they helped on every query that I had.

Placed an offer onto a property to which we were told it is currently going through with another buyer but they were thinking of pulling out so the vendor wanted to re list with Lanes & find a new buyer asap. Was told numerous times there was a deadline & then the vendor would consider our offer.
This deadline was in fact a lie & we were used as bait for lanes to try and take on a new client. Communication from this team was awful and now we have found out the property is off the market due to Rightmove alerts, not the estate agents.
Had a horrible experience & very let down.
