I would highly recommend Lang Town & Country if you are considering selling your property. The sale of my house went through smoothly from beginning to end.
I was kept up to date on all viewings and never had to chase for feedback.
It was a stress free pleasant experience and I would like to thank Josh, Olivia and Abi for all their help in making that happen.

I bought my new house from Lang Town and they were absolutely fantastic. Holly in particular went above and beyond to make the sale as seamless as possible. Communication was on point and never had to chase them for anything.

This is the second time we've used Lang Town & Country (Plymstock) to sell our house and the second time I've given them a 5-star review. This house sale has been particularly tricky (for reasons outside Lang Town & Country's control), but the team and especially Holly and Josh, have been nothing short of amazing. They have chased everyone in the chain relentlessly to make the move happen, kept us fully informed with updates several times a week, given us motivation when we've needed it and occasionally sympathised with us when we've had a bit of a moan! Not every house sale is as straightforward as we would like it to be, but having a team like Lang Town & Country in your corner makes all the difference. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them unreservedly.

Professional communication. Always kept us informed when viewings were scheduled. Gave us advice on what to do next when asked without any pressure. Accepted an offer within weeks of putting property on the market at the original asking price. Very good.
