We recently viewed a property via Lesley Hooks estate agents. Although the property was not for us the viewing experience was exceptional. We were shown around the house by the wonderful Viv whose attention to detail was second to none. Her passion for the job shone through from the minute she welcomed us in. Although Lesley Hooks were not our agent, as we were the buyer of one of their houses, we definitely felt valued and well informed. Lesley Hooks sold my mum’s house for me when she moved away from the Wirral. I live 250 miles away, so we were fully reliant on them to manage the process. Everything they did was clear, logical and prompt. The house was sold within a week and the sale completed without incident. My regular contact was Jake Hellon, who was great to deal with. Overall I was really impressed and would recommend Lesley Hooks without hesitation.

We are in the process of selling our late parents property. We are so pleased we chose Lesley Hooks to handle the sale. From day one their communication and commitment has been second to none. From Victoria who gave us the initial valuation and along with Jake took photographs which showed the property in an excellent light. Sinead, Lillie, Yvonne and Rachael who between them handled the viewings and ultimately negotiated a sale. The property was only on the market for just over a month. We are obviously delighted that things progressed so quickly. Hopefully I haven’t missed anyone out. The whole team have been amazing. We look forward to the sale going through smoothly. After a not-so-great experience with another agent we decided to cut our losses and go with Lesley Hooks. Victoria came to value the house and I really rate her, she oozes competence. Selling our late parents' house was dealt with so professionally, we were amazed at the difference with this estate agent. The staff really know what they are doing. Yvonne was amazing at getting the right offers from potential buyers and Jake was highly able, efficient and reassuring through the process of selling. Whatever happened, the staff were immediately on it, they were so attentive. We are grateful to Claire and Rachel too.

As a first time buyer, the team made me feel at ease with the whole process from start to finish. From the first time I booked a viewing (I viewed quite a few, too!) to completion, every person I spoke to was so helpful. Kept informed of everything throughout and nothing was too much trouble.
