10/10 for service, communication and just being generally 'good-eggs'. We sold a family home in Bebington via Lesley Hooks Estate Agents, having taken the opportunity to canvas local agents before instruction. Documentation was completed promptly and we were regularly updated on our marketing and sale progress. The agents sourced a local couple who had seen the property on a website and after two viewings, they fell in love. Eleanor was a great source of advice and support when one set of solicitors (not ours) behaved poorly. Trust me (and I am choosing my words wisely) when using the word 'poorly' as other more flowery phrases would be equally appropriate. Our buyers were and are, absolutely amazing and Eleanor managed to navigate a way through choppy waters. We later exchanged contracts and completed the sale in October 2026. Very happy to recommend and I understand out chocolates went down well. Thanks again.

All the team at Lesley Hooks were excellent. They were efficient, strong on communication & follow up as well as supportive throughout. I found Victoria, Yvonne & Jake always friendly & professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them & would certainly return to Lesley Hooks if selling or buying.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Lesley Hooks Estate Agents and would highly recommend the team.<br><br>In particular, I’d like to mention Josh, Becky and Eleanor in the Sales team, who have all been fantastic to deal with. They’re professional, responsive, knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. It’s clear that they genuinely care about providing a great service, and I’ve always felt well looked after when dealing with them.<br><br>I also want to give a special mention to the Lettings team, who manage my property portfolio. Charlie, Tracy and Neive have been brilliant. They’re extremely helpful, responsive and proactive, and having a team I can trust to look after my properties gives me real peace of mind.<br><br>The service I’ve received across both Sales and Lettings has been consistently excellent. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional and willing to help, which is exactly what you want from an estate agent.

The whole process buying with Lesley Hooks has been brilliant. Jake has been great keeping things clear and explained throughout and Em has also been amazing over the few days before completion when things got slightly rocky. Can’t thank them enough!

Having never sold a house before I was quite apprehensive. Josh came out to see me,explained everything and answered all my questions. He was a superstar... that's how I chose to go with Lesley Hooks. Initial meetings are so important. Thereafter the lovely girls in the office kept me fully updated with emails and calls every week. Out of 3 in the road, mine sold first.<br>I would highly recommend Lesley Hooks estate agents. They give you the time and attention that is lacking with other agencies.<br>Thanks Josh and his lovely ladies.

Brilliant service from Lesley Hooks Bebington. The team were very communicative, approachable & responsive. Eleanor went above and beyond chasing others and keeping things moving for us. Thank you for helping us to sell our house and move to our new home. Would recommend Lesley Hooks to anybody who is looking to move and wants an estate agent that will be there for them every step of the way.
