Well, what can I say other than WOW! From the outset we were blown away by the staff and service received from the team at Lesley Hooks. You won’t meet a more enthusiastic property lister/manager than Victoria…….we totally fell in love with her! When she sat cross legged on the floor in order be at the same eye level as my frail Mum I was sold! Mum adores her. Claire has been awesome……..giving feedback on all the viewings that occurred and guiding us with good advice and boosting us up when moral was low. What a girl! Then Jake, taking us through the roller coaster of the legal bit and surveys etc by making them so much easier to navigate than they would have been if trying to experience the process alone. What a true gem he is. He talked me down from the edge several times! Also I give a shout out to all the other staff that were involved in our sale that we may not have directly spoken to ……THANK YOU! It’s not just a job for these guys……..they really care and are very human. I would not hesitate to recommend Lesley Hooks to deal with your property sale/purchase.
