Finding a home in a new country is daunting and doing it from Brazil, with no familiarity with London's rental bureaucracy, felt almost impossible. That changed the moment we started working with Gideon.
From day one, Gideon was attentive, patient, and genuinely trustworthy. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, explained every step of the process in a way that actually made sense to us, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, because we were asking a lot. He treated our search with the same care we did, and that made all the difference.
Elia, the property manager, was equally wonderful. Every time we reached out, she was responsive and efficient, keeping everything moving smoothly behind the scenes.
Thanks to this team, what could have been an overwhelming experience turned into something we actually look back on fondly. We found not just a house, but a home. Highly recommend.

My partner and I were looked after by Jack and from start to finish, he provided a thorough and attentive service throughout. He made the experience incredibly seamless, from initial viewing to exchange and beyond. Jack is only early into his career by his own admission, but you wouldn’t know this from working with him. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a property to Jack and his team.
