In what was a challenging market, Giselle Harrison and John Robinson were professional, personable and consistently kept me updated promptly with any new information. They were also excellent at staying in touch even when there was no particular news to impart, which was very reassuring throughout the process.<br>G had previously sold a property on my behalf around 15 years ago, so it was particularly nice to have a familiar face to work with again. Her knowledge and experience, combined with the wider team’s professionalism, made the whole process feel as smooth and straightforward as possible.<br>I would wholeheartedly recommend GH, JR and the team to anyone looking to sell a property.

Giselle and John at Litchfields Highgate recently helped us sell our home…and they were genuinely excellent!<br><br>Unlike an unnamed competitor Litchfields were very thoughtful in their ‘vetting’ of potential buyers, only allowing worthwhile viewings to take place. They achieved multiple offers on the property and were extremely professional and proactive throughout.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending them

I can warmly recommend Jack Durban and the team at Litchfields: Jack's dedication to getting the purchase across the line was impressive, and he's an excellent communicator, which made the whole process smooth. Also, I'd like to mention Richard, whose professional support was much appreciated.

Gideon made the job of looking for rental apartments in Hampstead Garden and Finchley Central a breeze. He thoroughly understood our requirements, presented us with excellent options to choose from, and communicated each step of the process very clearly. Elia was very thorough in the run up to the tenancy, and made sure we ticked all our boxes. Would certainly recommend getting in touch with them at Litchfields if you are looking to move in to this wonderful area.
