She really helped push everything through which was really appreciated. It was also really handy that they are based in Bruton. We chose Lodestone over another estate agent in Bruton as from the outset there was positivity, professionalism and great interest in the modest property we wanted to sell. The communication remained excellent throughout and we ended up getting a great deal more than what we had put the house on the market for. I believe this has a lot to do with Lodestone’s input: their thoughtfulness, experience and commitment were exemplary and I would recommend them to anyone in the area in a heartbeat. Lodestone started off really promising as an estate agent. Got us listed pretty quickly, managed a few viewings in the time it was listed even managed to get us a full offer within 6 months of being on the market. Then it all went wrong. Buyers pulled out, viewings stopped coming and eventually they resigned. If you’re not a house in Bruton over the £500k mark with that country feel, don’t even bother they won’t want to know.
