Francoise, Martina and the whole team at Lodestone are warm, flexible and responsive which is just what’s needed during the stressful process of buying a house. We purchased a property in Bruton and they made the process as stress free as possible and I appreciate their help managing to timelines (which was key for us) and communicating with care and clarity. Having recently bought our home through Lodestone, I must say the experience dealing with the agency was a superb one. Our main contact was with James Butler who was nothing short of exceptional! The property we bought no doubt had good interest but each viewing was carried out with the same energy, enthusiasm and vision. James certainly did the vendor justice. James remained empathetic and skillful throughout the transaction and certainly worked hard to ensure the chain remained intact. I'd certainly recommend James and the Team for anyone considering marketing their home.
