Would highly recommend Lovelle, Humberston. Everyone we met were friendly and supportive. Photographer Lovelle uses is excellent and also gave us good advice. From start to finish Lovelle staff have been professional and made the whole process straightforward and everything went smoothly. The house sale completion date occurred 7 weeks after the day an offer was made!

We have just sold through Lovelle and the service has been first class. They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! I recently had some trouble at the end of my tenancy and they were so helpful, going out of their way to offer as much support as they could! I want to say thank you specifically to Vicki, who has dealt with my numerous emails and questions!! A big thanks also to Romy and Petra :)

I viewed two properties with estate agent Amber and one with Holly, both ladies were very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional at each viewing, thank you both for your help, and knowledge of the areas that I was looking in.

Awfully poor communication.
I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations.
They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed.
I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham
