The worst service ever, i have just rented a property from bentley hurst and i have faced the worst service ever i received the property in the most felthy way no one clean anything after the previous guest and they scam me by sending the inventory report before they handing me the key after i reported the cleaning situation they responded was wait and we will send the cleaner to clean the property i refused and left the key i asked them to clean the property and change the move in date , ofc i had to keep calling them as they haven’t updated me for 2 days , and tell now didn’t receive the key for my letter box or even an apology, they wont even deserve a 1 star review, pay more than 5k for this property and the guarantor and dealing with this now ,even though he building concierge mention he received to many complaints on this agency, you don’t wanna rent from this agency

I had a great experience selling my house in Manchester with Bentley Hurst, and I’d especially like to thank Poppy for her help throughout.<br><br>The sale didn’t take long, they kept me well informed and they clearly knew the local area (Ancoats/New Islington). I also really appreciated that they took the time to meet me, understand the house properly and give realistic advice, rather than just making big promises to win the instruction.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Bentley Hurst, particularly over online agencies like Purplebricks that can promise miracles but don’t always deliver. Bentley Hurst felt professional, knowledgeable and hands-on from start to finish.

I had the pleasure to talk to Natasha today. My personal circumstances (being foreign and a student) have, in several occasions, made me feel helpless in relation to letting opportunities. Natasha was so kind and reassuring, it allowed me to leave their Manchester office feeling uplifted and confident once more. It's a skill I have rarely come across in this field, and it was much appreciated (and needed).<br>I have a viewing booked for a property, and I am hopeful everything will be for the best, so I can continue being supported by Bentley Hurst and Natasha.

3. Recently, we have received an email from The City Council of Manchester requesting payment of Council tax. In the email, only the tax amount and the property address are stated. No other information can be seen. Since we are offshore owners that we did not deal with before, we therefore consult Madam Natasha Mulenga, Property Manager of Bentley Hurst, our property agent, to seek for advices. Natasha is so bright and warm to guide us on the right track. We are so lucky to have Natasha's assistance and guidance. We hope Natasha prosperous in the future.<br><br>2. After several months later, we appointed Bentley Hurst again as our property letting agent. This time Ms Olivia Toole, our letting consultant, gave us professional guidance in this matter and made the whole operation running smoothly. She is so helpful, efficient and responsible. We truly wish her every successful in the future.<br><br>1. We have assigned Bentley Hurst as our sole agent to sell our property recently and we met Poppy and Joe. During the process, we interacted with them tightly and effectively that made things done smoothly. Our property is now launched to the market and we truly believe that we can achieve our expected price by selling our property soon.<br><br>Thank you very much, Ms Poppy Carter, Joe Holt and Bentley Hurst. ??????

I've recently put an offer in on a flat that was on the market with Bentley Hurst.<br><br>Poppy was very helpful and responsive when arranging viewings and when I sent over an offer and has continued to be supportive as the house purchase has progressed

The team at Bentley Hurst have been a pleasure to work with. I have been trying to sell my apartment, but due to tough economic environment the market is a little slow. However the selling side have been very proactive, with Joe, Tegan, Rebecca, and James all aiding the original sale.
Then more recenlty Poppy and Olivia have been geting it ready to rent. Their enthusiasm comes across when talking to them or seeing them in their office. They have incredible communication skills, both verbally and in their emails. They are quick to respond and always willing to help. Their insight and guidance has been gratefully received
