Avoid wether buying or selling!
Wanted to buy and had offer accepted on a property with stipulation to remove from market before I'd proceed. After many weeks the property was still listed on the market but agents started demanding I proceed anyway, they even contacted my solicitor & lied saying I'd said to proceed. I made a fresh offer emphasising my stipulation to remove from market but they refused to put it forward to the vendor. Obviously the sale is not going ahead now.
Very poor communication, no single point of contact, always a different employee emailing, cold, aggressive, rude and overall very confusing.

Our viewing with Rebecca was a very pleasant experience. Not only was she a very nice young lady but her knowledge of the property helped us to make our decision to make an offer. From offer to completion we cannot fault Mansbridge Balment or their staff in any way at all. Would definitely use them again when we are ready to sell

Had a very stressful time selling our house mansbridge we're so good they kept me calm and reassured all the way through the process even when I wanted to scream, the stress was made a lot easier by the whole team and they also helped us by our dream home. Highly recommended
