I can recommend Marchand Petit at the Kingsbridge branch. In our case, selling my Aunty's bungalow at auction. You made a complicated scenario happen with a great outcome. You worked extremely hard throughout, always professional but not forgetting the needs and wants of the seller, being very friendly, always positive and most helpful every step of the way.<br>Would most certainly engage with you again.

Kandi Shaw, who manages the Sales Department at Collaton Park for Marchand Petit could not have been more helpful in providing information and guiding us through the sales process. No matter what information we needed she would always come back to us within a very short space of time and if she didn’t know the answer she would put us in touch with someone who could.<br>Kandi was always efficient, friendly and reliable and was a great help in getting us to understand and complete the paperwork.

When buying our new build property, Kandi (and team) were nothing short of exceptional. We really did experience incredible customer service from the very start and Kandi still checks in on us 6 months after moving in. I really cannot overstate how good the customer service has been.

Ref: TSJ-46775317<br>We had an 18 month search for a property in and around Dartmouth. We went through the disappointment of waiting then losing a property and thought we may end up returning to the Midlands. The team in Dartmouth continued to suggest properties which may have worked for us and were always available for 2nd and 3rd viewings, with a smile. We finally found the property that was worth the wait and managed to complete in 7 weeks. The whole Team were really supportive and responsive but a special mention to Oscar & Michele (now retired). Couldn't have got to where we are without you. Big Thankyou
