Several very positive visits to the “Green Park” new homes site in Chillington. Met with Kandi Shaw and Thomas Fallaize from Marchand Petit in Kingsbridge. Kandi & Thomas were very attentive, helpful & supportive during our visits. Both Kandi & Thomas extended time beyond that expected to discuss and discover our requirements. Both are excellent ambassadors for Marchand Petit.Thank you both!

We dealt with Kandi at Collaton Park. Although we did not end up purchasing a home we nearly did, securing a plot and going through a full choice package etc. Kandi was brilliant throughout, very professional but approachable and welcoming at the same time. Some great advice was given through this period which helped greatly when making any decisions. We would not hesitate to recommend a visit to Collaton and a meet with Kandi.

Marchand Petit New homes department have been extremely helpful throughout the selection of our new home and the whole purchase process.<br><br>In the early days we wanted to see the layout of the site when only a few foundations had gone in, so we could see the orientation of each property and select the ones that might suit us best. Kandi Shaw, new homes manager, arranged a “welly walk” on a weekend when no work was being carried out, which allowed us first viewings and was very helpful to us.<br>Kandi has also provided good advice throughout the purchase process and helped us overcome hurdles that arose along the way. When we lost our buyer, we were still able to keep our reservation whilst we found a new one.<br><br>Kandi helped with all aspects of the purchase process, giving sound advice and helping us make sensible choices for the various options we had in a new-build.<br><br>We can’t thank Kandi and the rest of the new homes team enough for their help and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

excellent sales preparation. produced an outstanding brochure, and after just 3 days live, a handful of viewers received the first of 3 offers. Just 5 days of viewing in total and 2 full guide price offers. The most expensive option, but with faultless handling of the sale, and reassured that should things not go as planned, they will quickly have other interested buyers lined up.
