They are honest and responsive which are the two most important requirements for me when moving house.<br>We have used both Walton and Weybridge offices and the service on both occasions has been exemplary. I highly recommend Martin Flashman. Compared to Curchods:<br>- they understood the market better for our size of house and location, allowing us to achieve a better price<br>- the house sold rapidly<br>- their commission structure was more competitive.<br>They were professional throughout the complete process.

We’ve been renting for a few years now, and every time we’ve needed to find a new home, we’ve always been welcomed with fantastic support from the team. A huge thank you to Bruna Peixoto for all her help throughout the process. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and had great communication throughout. She was always quick to respond, making sure all the documents and necessary paperwork were completed in time for our move. She made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
