We had our property on the market for 10 months with another agent without any offers, we switched it to Milburys and within 6 weeks it was sold.
We had the simplest chain, vacant possession and a cash buyer. However, the buyer's solicitor was awful, never available, slow at responding, asking unnecessary questions - it just felt they were trying to delay the purchase for some reason. Milburys were fantastic (Maia in particular), constantly badgering them and really pushing the sale along, I am confident it would have dragged on for several more months without their intervention.
I would definitely recommend Milburys and would certainly use them again.

Would highly recommend Milburys Wotton under edge to anyone thinking of buying or selling a house .
In our experience from the initial valuation to exchange of contracts all of the Milburys team were most helpful and supportive during the whole process.
In what could be a very stressful time Milburys go above and beyond to get things sorted.

This was our first time purchasing through Milburys and it was most definitely a positive one. Personally, we dealt with Rachel and she is absolutely amazing. She sent us weekly updates and constantly chased solicitors for progress. This definitely eased the stress of moving and I’ve not experienced this level of service before.
Do not have any negativities, I would use them again and would highly recommended Milburys to anyone.

Millburys dealt with what was a prolonged House purchase extremely well with their liaising with us the buyers the sellers and continually prompting the two legal teams.
They were always very informative and keeping everyone up-to-date and up to speed as best as they possibly could.
Would recommend this team to anyone buying or selling a house

Just wanted to say what a great service we have had from Milburys in Wotton under Edge in the sale of my mother’s bungalow. Within a matter of hours of deciding to sell we had an offer. There were substantial difficulties to overcome in the sale but Milburys kept the chain moving with regular communication and chasing until we exchanged on the property. I would particularly flag the work of Maia who worked very hard to achieve the sale. Thanks to all.

Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money.
Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend
