We’ve been so impressed with Owen from Milburys W-U-E from our first meeting, friendly, knowledgeable & understanding of us needing an extra viewing with our special needs child, this was quickly accommodated.<br>Owen was communicative throughout & again was a conduit for the practical stuff that really helps like if the Quooker tap does chilled water as well as boiling?? Important right?<br>He’s been fantastic & we would definitely have no hesitation recommending Milburys for sale or purchase to friends & family.

Milburys is an outstanding estate agent and, specifically, Owen is absolutely incredible . Our chain was fraught with tension and uncertainty yet Owen professionally guided us through with the experience of somebody far older than him. He is knowledgeable and responsive and often stepped in to take control of the whole chain when it looked to be falling apart. We had a poor performing estate agent and solicitor at the bottom of the chain and Owen did far more work than was necessary to make up for that inefficiency. He communicates with transparency and honesty and his work ethic is incredible. We could not rate Milburys highly enough and it is purely due to Owen’s excellent handling of our sale that this chain did not fail. Please do not look anywhere else for an estate agent - if we could award Milburys six stars then we would! With thanks, Andrew and Lorraine Passco

A big thank you to Maia for all of her help and support during our house purchase. She was amazingly proactive and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent and the rest of the team were friendly and helpful.<br>We highly recommend the Milburys team in Wotton and thank you to you all!

We just bought through Milburys and their communication was excellent. We had regular updates and prompt responses to any questions. They were particularly professional when we started to get a bit frustrated with all the legal bits towards the end! Much appreciated and would happily recommend or deal with again.

Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money.
Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend
