I found my whole experience dealing with the staff at Miller Metcalfe Bradshaw a very positive experience.<br>I was kept in the loop at every stage of the process and my questions were always answered at the earliest opportunity.<br>They also arranged for me to speak to a mortgage adviser Kate in the early stages who was fantastic. I highly recommend using this team if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

Selling my mum and dad’s house was always going to be emotional, but Miller Metcalfe made the whole process so much easier from start to finish.<br><br>From the very beginning, Dean stood out as the most knowledgeable estate agent we spoke to. He carried out thorough research and took the time to properly assess the property. What really made a difference was how clearly he explained the valuation and the reasoning behind it, something no other agent did. It gave me real confidence that we were in the right hands.<br><br>Throughout the process, the team were fantastic. They kept me fully updated and handled all the viewings, which took a huge weight off my shoulders during a sensitive time.<br><br>A special thank you to Chelsea, who was incredible. She supported me every step of the way, especially when I had a few wobbles. She was always patient, reassuring, and happy to answer all my questions (even the daft ones!). Her honesty and communication made such a difference.<br><br>I’m so grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the whole team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Miller Metcalfe to anyone.

From the start of the process to the end Miller Metcalf, Harwood were fantastic. Antonia ensured we were kept upto date with viewings and also chased solicitors when needed, without any prompting from us. We would very much recommend the Harwood branch of Miller Metcalf for a property sale.

We were the ones communicating with them rather than them keeping us up to date. The first viewing out of only 3 only took 8 minutes which is not long enough. We did let them know. Overall not great at all, hence moved agents.

The initial meeting to value the property, the subsequent meeting to take photos and the organising of the paperwork was great, we were impressed, which was why we went with them. Unfortunately, after 14 weeks on the market they had only got us 2 viewings and their communication to us was a bit hit and miss, so we decided to go with a different agent. They weren’t the right agent for us on this occasion.
