I can’t thank Dewi enough for everything he’s done to help me buy my flat. He went above and beyond every step of the way — answering calls day and night, even on weekends, and somehow staying calm while dealing with one of the most difficult solicitors imaginable.
He genuinely cared, not just about the sale but about me getting through the process in one piece. You don’t often meet people this dedicated, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without him.

Great to deal with John in person and when you can get hold of him, very knowledgeable, easy to speak to and relate to. But just dont expect him to answer the office phone after lunch time - he can be too busy to get hold off.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Where do I start?
Fridge did not work for 14 months and they attended to arrange a replacement in August 2022. This didn’t get installed until October 2023.
In this time, the freezer stopped working. The Dishwasher stopped working. Our sinks were blocked from the previous tenant, the balcony doorframes were rotten, they’d lost the keys for the window in the bedroom, the previous tenant had left furniture despite it being unfurnished. They said it had “freshly been painted” and then in the inventory put “in 2017”.
Then, we had a leak behind our toilet, and the toilet was constantly flushing, it took them over 2 months to address this and inflicted a £600 bill which they have refused to contribute towards.
Their service is abysmal, their understanding of regulation is appalling, and I would warn any tenant off letting with Mistoria.
I am approaching the property ombudsman.
Edit** - The white goods were replaced after 14 MONTHS. Your response is utter rubbish.
