Good experience but didn't sell my flat. Reasonably good communication with agents throughout until I took property off market then only the secretary responded to me with a standard 2 line response, which left a distasteful feeling. I left feeling unimportant as a customer so when I put my oroperty on the market next it won't be with them.... Read more

Matt at Mitchell’s Highcliffe office is a very helpful gentleman who has answered every question we asked of him. We researched several estate agents in our area and we chose Mitchells in Highcliffe because they were extremely efficient, gave us excellent advice, went above and beyond with helping us to achieve a sale and market our house with great attention to detail and constant communication and contact. Matt and his colleagues worked with us in a friendly and professional manner and even started to market the house before the advertising went live on the website. The amount of photos showed the house off really well. The sale went through smoothly and Matt was there to oversee everything so we didn't have to worry.
