I had an excellent experience with Ben, the estate agent who helped us secure our new home. The entire purchasing process was very complex and often complicated, due to a series of legal hurdles and unexpected obstacles. But Ben’s deep knowledge of the market, combined with his vast experience, relentless perseverance, and calm professionalism, kept us moving forward. I would highly recommend Mitchell’s Estate Agents Highcliffe . Matt was fantastic throughout — not only efficient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely friendly and approachable.
He was always happy to help, no matter the question, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a huge difference. His experience really showed, and he made the whole process feel far less stressful. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without him.
The photos they took of my house were absolutely amazing and really showed it at its best, which made a big impact. Matt and Kalise handled all the viewings smoothly and kept everything running seamlessly.
Kalise was also brilliant — very friendly and carried out viewings to a high standard. A special mention to Ben and Paul, the owners, who were both very supportive and clearly had my best interests at heart throughout. Sarah was excellent as well, handling all the paperwork seamlessly and keeping everything well organised and straightforward.
A fantastic team and excellent service from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Ben, Matt, Matt, Sarah and Mike were all incredible and professional in supporting the purchase of my new home. Throughout the entire process I was kept informed and the entire team went above and beyond. Great communication and customer service.

Good experience but didn't sell my flat. Reasonably good communication with agents throughout until I took property off market then only the secretary responded to me with a standard 2 line response, which left a distasteful feeling. I left feeling unimportant as a customer so when I put my oroperty on the market next it won't be with them.
