Margaret & George are great to deal with .We had a long drawn out experience but more the buyers solicitors dragging things along ,not the estate agent .Also the 1st accepted offer on our property fell through .The government need to look at how this is allowed ,costing sellers a lot of wasted money & time .<br>Margaret has been great from start to finish .Always responding to calls & emails .<br>Thank you Molyneux Wrexham ,we got there in the end !!

As the buyer for a property, I found the ladies at Molyneux Shotton office extremely professional, caring, clear in communications, and very approachable throughout what can be a very stressful time. I've worked with this estate agents twice. One about 10 years ago as a first buyer and very recently as a rental. The women on the office are amazing. They have the time and patience for their customers and they are realistic with property values, which can be rare in Flintshire these days. We even got a little package to congratulate us on our mew house.
