I had a really positive experience viewing three flats in London with Charlotte Moody from Mount Grange Heritage London. From the moment we met, she was cheerful, warm and incredibly easy to talk to — which immediately put me at ease. Property viewings can sometimes feel pressured or transactional, but with Charlotte it felt calm, thoughtful and well paced. I never felt rushed, and she gave me the time and space to properly look around each flat I was brought to. She even sat me down and even asked me to imagine how (peaceful and calm) I would feel as the owner of each flat. That was such an experience! Amazing. Charlotte is clearly knowledgeable — not just about the individual properties, but also about the surrounding areas. In addition and as a non-UK resident buyer, I really appreciated how she shared practical insights on what to look out for, what to avoid, and the pros and cons (great transparency!) that simply wouldn’t have crossed my mind. She explained things in a very balanced way without overselling, which made me trust her judgement even more. What stood out most was that she genuinely understands buyers — our concerns, our questions, and the small details that matter. On a lighter note, we also discovered she went to the same school in Scotland as my daughters — a small world moment — but what truly impressed me was her professionalism and how naturally she does her job.
