From the very beginning, Alex and Lyndsay have been absolutely exceptional. They kept us updated every step of the way, always responding quickly to any questions and making sure we knew exactly what was happening. I would like to say a huge thank you to Moving Estate Agents, and in particular to Lyndsay, for the support and guidance provided throughout the sale of our home.<br>From start to finish, the whole process was clear, well organised and easy to follow. Lyndsay was there every step of the way, both during and after the sale, helping to keep things moving and acting as a key point of contact between ourselves and the other parties in the chain, which she didn’t need to do.<br>Every stage was handled professionally. The marketing was excellent from the outset, with high-quality visuals and photographs, and Alex’s attention to detail was superb. Once the property went live, arranging viewings was made simple and everything was managed in a way that worked around us.<br>Not only did the team secure us a very good offer, but Lyndsay also went above and beyond by supporting communication with the solicitors and other parties involved in the chain, particularly when we were experiencing difficulties. Any questions we had were answered promptly, clearly and without any fuss.<br>Thank you again to Lyndsay and the team at Moving Estate Agents. We had such a positive experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

As a family we have been assisted by Moving for mortgage advice ,buying and selling. Each time they have made the process less stressful by their friendly and professional manner. I couldn’t be more grateful for the service I received throughout the sale of my parents’ home.
From the very beginning, Alex, who initially visited the property and carried out the photography and video, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and informative. He made an immediate positive impression and set the tone for what turned out to be an excellent experience with the company.
Lyndsay then supported us throughout the entire sales process, and I am so grateful for her kindness, patience, and understanding during what was an extremely emotional and difficult time following the loss of both my parents. Her personal support and kind words throughout meant the world to me and made a very challenging situation feel much more manageable.
Her work was outstanding in every respect — fast, efficient, and highly informative. She kept us fully updated at every stage and worked incredibly hard to achieve a fantastic sale price in a remarkably short period of time.
Throughout, she remained calm, relatable, and solution-focused, even when the process became more complex at times, always handling everything with professionalism and care.
