James valued, photographed and listed my property in good time and managed to find a buyer with no chain at the asking price within a week. Julia was fantastic at communicating all the details and updates with both sides of the purchase which made for a swift and smooth transaction. We have just purchased a house which was marketed and sold by Murrays, and they also marketed and sold the next house above in the chain - two houses in a chain of four properties / five parties. We have been very disappointed with our communications with Murrays. A date was pencilled in as a completion date, and after waiting weeks for what we thought was the last piece of paperwork, we were told by Murrays 'Great news, they will start the searches now' - adding months on to the timeframe. Then the top of the chain had a property fall though and resumed their search from the beginning, and this was hidden from us as we waited month after month for them to 'be ready', not knowing they didn't even have a property. Much later, we discovered the house we were purchasing had no heating upstairs but was marketed as having such. When raising this, Murray's immediately took the mention of radiators off their website and the Rightmove listings and denied any responsibility for listing the house inaccurately, blaming the vendors for not checking the details. Less than a fortnight before completion, we'd receive end-of-the-day calls telling us the date was being pulled, causing so much stress we eventually asked for all comms to go through the solicitor. And on completion, they didn't arrange for us to collect the keys (our very efficient estate agent organised this for us), didn't congratulate us or check in that all was ok, nothing. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

We were very satisfied with the service Murray's provided for us in selling and buying our properties.
We were always kept fully informed in every aspect of the sale and purchase.
The team were very professional, friendly and supportive throughout.
We would highly recommend Murray's to any of our family and friends should they ever wish to buy or sell a property.

Fantastic service from all the ladies in the sales office. Their communication was spot on.They were all very proactive throughout, from arranging viewings on my property, right through to completion. As a result of this, even though there was 9 people in our chain, it all went through smoothly. I would highly recommend.
