Hands down the smoothest selling process we’ve had.<br><br>David did the valuation, arrived on time and was so lovely to deal with. He gave us confidence that he completely understood the area and the aspects of the flat that make it appealing. We had other valuations booked in (including some estate agents far more expensive than Neilsons) and David was a cut above the rest.<br><br>Kirsten was our negotiator, she is a person you want on your side during this process. Incredibly confident, straight talking and capable. We had a slow start with our listing, Kirsten told us how she thought was best to proceed. We followed her lead and sure enough; in came the viewings and an offer bang on what we wanted thanks to Kirsten negotiating a 5k increase.<br><br>Whenever I’ve had any questions either by phone or email the team are always so helpful and quick to respond. Suzie was especially lovely to speak to.<br><br>All in all, can’t fault them. Excellent team, well worth the money. 10/10 no notes!

Absolutely brilliant experience with Neilsons. The selling process has been so straightforward. My home was on the market within the week with the photographer and surveyor present on the same day. My house then sold within 12 days. Still currently looking for a place to purchase but the team have been amazing at assisting me with this. Thank you.

We have had a brilliant experience from start to finish with Neilson’s. Throughout we have been kept informed of key milestones in the sale process and Eileen and team always ensured no matter the question or query they make time to respond promptly. We managed to sell in under 2 weeks for above HR, which is fantastic!!

I couldn’t recommend Kara and Kirsten highly enough.<br><br>Kara was fantastic throughout the legal side of selling my house - professional, clear, responsive and always on top of everything. She made the whole process feel straightforward and kept me well informed from start to finish.<br><br>Kirsten was equally brilliant as the property sales negotiator. She was friendly, proactive and gave great advice throughout the marketing and sale of the property. Her communication was excellent and she made sure everything moved along smoothly, whilst ensuring the correct deal was achieved in a timely manner.<br><br>Together, Kara and Kirsten made what can be a stressful process feel seamless. I’m really grateful for all their help and would happily recommend them to anyone selling their home.<br><br>Lewis also helped with the property valuation and gave great insight and tips on how best to market the property.

A special mention goes to Rhonda Gunn, my Property Sales Negotiator, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. We recently used Neilsons for both the sale of our current home and purchase of our new house. Jenna ensured that the process went smoothly and without hitch start to finish. Her responsiveness (even when out of office / out of usual hours), attention to detail, knowledge and expertise made what could have been a stressful time a lot less worrying - a huge thank you to her, and Danielle, for their kind support and 10/10 service.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a house in the Edinburgh / Lothian area.
