I was initially nervous about selling my property for the first time, but choosing Neilson’s Estate Agents made all the difference. From my first meeting with Lewis Hunter and my early contact with Suzie Steenkamp, I felt completely at ease and confident moving forward.
A special mention goes to Rhonda Gunn, my Property Sales Negotiator, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She communicated with me quickly and consistently—often daily—and always kept me fully updated. Thanks to the team’s hard work, I had a high number of viewings and even received an early offer.

I recently used Neilsens Corstorphine to sell my flat .I was so very impressed with the ease of communication and responsiveness! From start to finish and no matter what department from sales to maintenance to conveyancing…..everything was super .Particular mention must go to Alana and Maureen who are so incredibly organised ,speedy and accurate in everything they do /arrange! Impressed ????

I am still in the process of finalising the sale of my flat (central Edinburgh) with Neilsons, however, the Property Team have been excellent thus far - especially Eileen Henderson.
Eileen has been an excellent advisory throughout this process and managed to get me an excellent buyer offer. It exceeded my expectations - she has always been available for a conversation when I’ve needed information or advice, she also proactively reached out following a slightly uncomfortable viewing I had. I’d highly recommend Eileen as your viewing and sales coordinator, especially as a young woman navigating the world of property markets!

I had a great experience selling my flat through Neilsons. The people I worked with through the whole process were all fantastic, from the initial valuation through to the negotiation with potential buyers and the conveyancing. All the staff were very experienced and gave me great advice on how to get the best value from the property. The legal team had to be particularly persistent when there seemed to be some wobbles on the buyer's side, but we got there in the end and I'm very happy with the outcome. Communication was great throughout. I'm not based in Edinburgh, so it was very reassuring to know that everything was in safe hands with Neilsons. Definitely recommended.

Her responsiveness (even when out of office / out of usual hours), attention to detail, knowledge and expertise made what could have been a stressful time a lot less worrying - a huge thank you to her, and Danielle, for their kind support and 10/10 service.
