Such an outstanding service. Bought several properties now and Neilsons have easily been the best experience to date, I would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing. Professional, personable and prompt. Every email was replied to same day. Every query was answered free of heavy legal jargon. They set an entry date and ensured everything was done in time. I'm so impressed, I lack the words. A massive thank you to Claire Scott for all her hard work, as well as Kate, William, Tracey and especially Eilidh, an individual of immense patience given the mess of paperwork we put her through! We decided on Neilsons Solicitors and Estate Agents for both the sale of our property and purchase of a new build. We are so glad that we did!<br><br>From the very initial stages our Property Valuer Kevin Conway instantly put us at ease. He took a genuine interest in our property and ensured he noted down all the key features. He was very knowledgeable of the market and was able to steer us in the right direction when it came to setting an asking price which would attract interest while obtaining a reasonable expectation to achieve more than the valuation or at least the valuation.<br><br>The system for setting up viewings of our property for sale and gaining feedback worked very well. We were giving plenty of notice of viewings allowing us time to make arrangements for our baby.<br><br>Sian Burt (senior paralegal) and Phoebe King (trainee solicitor) were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond to answer any questions, ensure that we understood every part of the process,and to support us through it and their communication was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for more! For what is a very stressful experience we were made to feel in very safe hands.<br><br>Suzie Johnstone (Anti-Money Laundering Officer) was very clear in what documentation we required for all the checks and made it a very streamlined process.<br><br>Apologies for anyone I have missed. We honestly couldn't have asked for more. Everyone we dealt with were highly professional, knowledgeable and provided an exceptional service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A special mention goes to Rhonda Gunn, my Property Sales Negotiator, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She communicated with me quickly and consistently—often daily—and always kept me fully updated. Thanks to the team’s hard work, I had a high number of viewings and even received an early offer.
