I had a fantastic experience with Neilsons, and especially with my solicitor, Claire Scott, throughout the purchase of my first home. She was incredibly helpful, responsive and reassuring from start to finish, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much more manageable.<br><br>Everything was explained clearly, I always felt kept in the loop, and she was genuinely lovely to deal with. I really felt that I was in safe hands throughout the whole process.<br><br>I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my first home. Kirsten at Neilson’s really helped me in the process of selling my flat in Edinburgh. From talking me through the process, and giving me calls and updates at every stage I felt there was a friendly personal touch, as well as very professional. Selling or buying a property can be really stressful and it feels a big step. I really loved my flat, and so I wanted the sale to be handled well. Kirsten was calm and kept me calm and grounded. This was so important to me. So I’d like to say thank you.<br>I also achieved a price on my property that I was very happy with, and Kirsten helped with that, with her excellent market knowledge. We had a fantastic experience with Neilsons when selling our bungalow in Edinburgh.
