We listed our property with Paul Steadman and his very professional team at the Ironbridge office. I have to say that every part of the experience has been first-class, from the initial visit to the photography, the description, and the communication, most of all, which is the area in which most estate agents lack.<br><br>Feedback was always provided promptly and without fail, and we genuinely felt that everyone in the office was working in our best interest. This is not something you often hear about estate agents, but if you're thinking about selling through Nick Tart, I give you my word that they are the best I've come across.<br><br>By the way, I'm an ex-estate agent myself, and I've been in the property business for 20 years, so I think I might know what I'm talking about.

All the team at Nick Tart, Ironbridge were very helpful and always had the information I needed when I had queries while I was selling our property. They were open to different ways & ideas and took on board any problems I had selling our Park Home. They reassured me that it would sell and even though it took a year to sell, we did sell it! Thank you Kayleigh for all your help over the time we were communicating!

I had the difficult decision of selling my father’s home following his passing, but the team at Nick Tart made it as seamless as possible for me. They were always available to answer any questions I may have, and kept me updated during the process. The sale was completed quickly and Kayleigh, Maisie, Will and Paul were so kind and helpful. I couldn’t recommend them enough
