I recently moved into a new house and couldn't be happier with how smooth the whole process was – all thanks to James! From the moment I viewed the property, James was friendly, chatty, and incredibly personable. He made me feel at ease straight away and was always quick to respond to any emails or questions I had.
He kept me informed every step of the way, and I never felt out of the loop. The turnaround from viewing the property to getting the keys was just two weeks, which was amazing!
When I moved in, the house was absolutely immaculate – spotless and clearly well looked after. James also provided a really clear explanation of the inventory and all associated costs, so there were no surprises.
Overall, James made renting genuinely easy and stress-free. His professionalism, experience, and friendly approach made a real difference, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to rent. Thanks again, James!
