If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Northgate Estate Agents throughout the purchase of my first home has been nothing short of outstanding.
From start to finish, the team were proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. As a first-time buyer, I naturally had plenty of questions, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring at every stage.
A special thank you to Katy, who was exceptional throughout. She went above and beyond to keep everything moving, provided regular updates without being chased, and was always approachable, professional, and incredibly helpful. Her and the rest of the team's support made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and positive.
Northgate offers a level of service you would expect to pay a premium for — attentive, organised, and truly client-focused. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Just want to say a big Thank You to Katy for totally supporting us with the sale of an inherited home. Katy fully explained everything in a professional and thoughtful manner. She took the stress away from us at a difficult time which we really appreciate. Katy and the team kept us up to date throughout the process. Had such a great experience with these from start to finish when I have rented a home from them. The communication has been fantastic. Especially from Jess Hope. She has been friendly helpful and supportive throughout my time with them. I would highly recommend.

Our property had been up for sale with Northgate for nearly a year and no negotiations. Northgate did not sell my property , I have changed to another estate agent .
