Great friendly staff with excellent communication around viewings.
Did have to adjust the price downwards quite a bit, but once we hit the right price level they sold the house within a week!

Quick sale, but the house was undervalued, so CGT. Lights left on and doors left unlocked, not good.

Avoid at all cost liers! Much better agents out there! James Potts has no interest in the business just wants your money and will give you abuse rather than customer service.
