Rang regards a flat, was scoffed at "holy Christ that's 3 times more than I earn". Sorry that I'm disabled and our money goes 3 ways not one.
Told him I had one ccj continued the conversation.
Asked why we were leaving the property. Early release due to being uninhabitable, with proof and a letter from my agent, suddenly, no no we can't deal with you. His tone was demeaning from the beginning, little did this "bloke" know, id call him a gentleman but he's not , I own my own business, yes Im poorly at present but not forever but we weren't good enough, even with a guarantor. One day life will get tough for you! I hope someone makes you feel so small and worthless.very discriminative.

Thanks for your superb persistence and assistance in getting our sale over the line
Disappearing off to Australia for three weeks in the middle of the sale process was perhaps not ideal and our only defence is that the trip was booked long before we decided to re-locate back to Devon. However, we were absolutely in safe hands given your willingness to do whatever was needed in our absence.
Thanks to Osprey, Hannah and yourself, we achieved a timely sale agreed at the high end of our price expectations.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Osprey. Thank you again and very best wishes for 2026 and beyond.

Would recommend Osprey to anyone who was thinking of selling their home in Rutland. We previously listed our house with Moores but had very little interest, and in hindsight we felt they had so many properties on their books that they probably couldn't offer us the best experience.
Choosing to go with Osprey when we listed the second time some months later was the polar opposite. The whole team were fantastic from start to finish, even when our circumstances changed and were challenging to say the least. A particular shoutout to Maria, who was brilliant and always kept us in the loop straight after a viewing. The communication, advice and personal approach from Osprey made a stressful time so much easier and we would use them again without hesitation.

I have recently sold through Osprey. The team were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. Communication was excellent, and any questions were dealt with quickly and clearly. They made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed.

Grace and Angela made the whole process of moving so much better! I've had other estate agents who are not proactive, not professional, frankly don't know what they are doing and/or don't do anything at all. So very different with Osprey. I would recommend them to anyone - boy, do they work for their fee!
Grace got me through a horrible twist to my moving journey, despite it not really being her job, with kindness, empathy, professionalism and, well, grace. She went so far above and beyond to chivvy along who needed chivvying, to smoothe high emotions, to listen and do everything she could to help, taking so much time every day to make sure I had a good outcome.
I could not be more grateful, and I now look upon Grace and Angela as friends. I couldn't have done it without them and will always be grateful to them helping to ensure I got my house.
