I found the staff very professional, they have kept me informed all the time about viewings and feed back from potential buyers. It is a very difficult and sensitive time for me and the staff at Park Row have shown compassion and sensitivity towards me at all times. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible! Took my property on and then it took 24 hours for them to realise they don’t sell lodges! Time wasters! No offer to help put the mistake right.

From start to finish, the service I received was absolutely excellent. The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently, but the person who truly made the sale seamless was Phoebe. She was outstanding throughout — proactive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive at every stage.
Not only did they achieve £10,000 above the original valuation, but Phoebe dealt brilliantly with the issues caused by the buyer’s solicitor, keeping everything on track and taking a huge amount of stress off me. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and I always felt confident that my sale was in the best possible hands.
I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend both Phoebe and the team to anyone looking to sell their home.

Wanted a valuation on a lodge and then decided 24 hours later that they don’t do them anymore! Why it took so long to understand that I don’t know. They blamed the new person in the office but it should have been picked up sooner. Not acceptable.
Checked Rightmove and they listed one on 29/11/2025 in Flaxey. No mention on the website about them not selling
