THIS AGENCY IS A WASTE OF TIME! JUST BECAUSE I AM CLAIMING HOUSING BENEFITS THEY WONT LET ME RENT THE PROPERTY. THAT IS ILLEGAL! THEY SHOULD BE PENALIZED AND SHOULDNT OPERATE! WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL PASS YOU TO ANOTHER AGENT TO ANOTHER UNTIL YOU WERE JUST HANGING THERE WAITING FOR SOMEONE THEN THEY WILL HANG UP! I WILL REPORT THIS AGENCY TO THE COUNCIL! WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL! I AM A SINGLE MOM, WORKING FOR MY KID, REASONS WHY I HAVE THE SUPPORT FROM THE GOV'T BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT ME AND MY KID!!!!!!

The best estate agency we have ever dealt with. Immediately responsive and reliable. A special mention to Jenna and Ashley. Ashley was incredibly helpful and professional, helping us find our new home in a matter of days. She listened to what we were looking for and made the whole process super smooth. I had to urgently move apartments due to some safety issues. Jordan Walsh of Parkheath apartment helped me through the process. He was very patient, professional and responsive to my comments. He did a fantastic job! Once I decided on the property, it was very easy to sign up for the lease and the backend office people were also very customer focused. I cannot recommend Jordan and Parkheath enough especially as I am new to the UK and had a safety challenge in my previous apartment so needed to move quickly. These guys are just amazing!
