I can’t say if no viewings within around 6 weeks is an agent issue or the market in general. Regardless of that, communication was fine. Can’t comment otherwise as had no need to deal with them other than initial marketing.

We had to make several amendments to the online advert, noticing key information was missing that would have helped sell sooner. The staff are all friendly and accommodating to requests and viewings.

Very personable agents, great market research and spot on with their valuation. They had good knowledge of the local market and put together a great advert for the property.

Myself and my Family moved from Essex to Norfolk and purchased our house through Parsons. Through out the whole process Richard at Parsons went above and beyond to ensure the purchase went through with as few problems as possible he kept in regular contact with us and kept us informed throughout the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending Parsons and would like to thank the whole team for a largely stress free purchase.
